毕竟，老人们常说“不听老人言，吃亏在眼前。” 但，外在条件可能已经变了，也许没人发现。当初总结的经验早就不适用现在的条件了，却很少有人有打破陈规的想法。 在已经发生巨变的外在环境下，还对之前的经验墨守成规。相当于用不符合现实的想法，在现实中行动，怎么可能获得满意的结果？ 仿佛一个人，之前一直骑着自行车在陆地上跑。走到了海边，本来需要换成船，才能适应水里的环境。却因为所有人都说，“我们一直都是骑自行车的”，所以依然骑着自行车妄图畅游海洋。抱着旧观念和旧经验，在已经变化的情况下根本无法行动。 豆豆三部曲都非常精彩，其中《天幕红尘》就提到了“见路不走”。其实，不是让你看见路就避开不走，而是要停下来看清现实，实事求是，再做定夺。世界上本来没有路，走的人多了就形成了路，路就是过去的人的经验。当你遇到事情，他人告诉你一条路的时候，其实告诉的是过去的人们的经验。但是过去的经验，是否适用现在呢？必须考察清楚现在的外在变化而定，所以，见路不走，看清再走。 30年前，大规模城市化没开始，老百姓中农民居多，绝大多数人没有第二条谋生之路，大家都是无差别的在农村种地。在原始的条件下，对所有人的能力需求单一的，只需要手脚勤快，就能收获粮食。在这种只需要苦力的环境里，一个人说话太多，就没时间干活了，也就耽误了农活。所以，农村人就觉得，不爱说话，没什么心思的老实人，最能创造价值。 但是如今一样吗？随着城市化的到来，社会中需要越来越多的脑力劳动者。以前的社会形态可能几百年都没怎么变化，但如今，随着人们生活方式和信息传播方式的变化，社会瞬息万变。在这样的变化中，需要看准形势，抓住机会，团队合作才能创造价值。而这种劳动的一个需求就是，你得把你脑中的想法，准确的，有条理的，用他人能听得懂的方式表达出来，你才能够得到机会，他人也能知道如何和你更好的合作。所以，在脑力劳动的市场上，一个口才不好，写作能力差劲的人，往往非常吃亏。但是，这些特点，在农民出身的人们眼里，一文不值。 善于表达，不是胡说八道，吹牛瞎说，花言巧语，忽悠人欺骗人，说的没有价值，不着边际。但是你必须用充分的表达把自己的工作思路，自己的能力实实在在，详细的展示出来，才能让与你合作的对方知道项目该如何继续进行。 我曾经被老人们告诫，少说话，多干活，不要写文章，多干活。如果我真的听了他们的，在现代社会，绝对永远是行业底层。在现代社会，那种不和他人沟通的人永远融入不了脑力劳动的大军中，只能打杂跑腿。 很多人认为，这就是婚姻。其实这是过去的生活方式给人们造成的一种错误生活经验。过去的中国人，不讲究爱情，讲究的是门当户对，社会身份相当，两家财产差不多，或者政治联姻。婚后多积累财富，多生孩子，人们普遍认为这是美满的婚姻。有关夫妻之间是否互相精神相通，人们不追求。 所以，才流行父母之命，媒妁之言。甚至结婚之前，男女双方都没见过，没交流过。幸福本来就是精神层面的感受，根据物质层面结合的婚姻，能够幸福的几率，和你买彩票一样，极少。 所以老一辈人才会强调“婚姻中没有爱情，只有亲情”；“长久的婚姻是对伴侣的忍耐”；“谁家的锅底都是黑的”；“谁都是凑乎的过日子的”。之所以会产生这些歪理邪说，原因无非是，当他们面对不能互相理解的伴侣，又不能离的婚姻，只能自己想出来一套说辞宽慰自己。 但正在选择伴侣的未婚男女，如果听信了这套说辞，现代社会给你的自由恋爱的权利将毫无意义。相当于你主动放弃了自由选择的权利，进入了未经自己仔细选择的婚姻，和当年的父母包办没有本质不同。 就算你身边的所有前辈都认为日子该凑合，那也不是真理，是有历史原因的。能真正沟通的精神伴侣是存在的，也并不难找。只是前辈们没机会好好选择过。他们所有人的人生经验都是被外在条件限制的经验。如今，外在条件变了。我们是中国历史上第一代能自由选择婚姻伴侣的人类。有一个真正懂你的伴侣和你共度一生，人生的质量全然不同。千万不要放弃这个权利。 <section data-role="title" 警惕进入一个新环境，前辈对你的教诲。那些教诲，都是这个小环境的经验，可能帮助你，也可能限制你。一个环境的风气，可以通过代代人传承，仿佛一个染缸，后来的所有人进来，都会被上一代人熏染。某高校，录取的大一新生都是上国家重点线的学生，但是他们毕业时考研率却很低。同样录取线的另外一所高校，考研率却明显很高。后来我才知道。本校大一的学生，总是喜欢问学长学姐，大学生涯该如何渡过。得到的回答是：“多参加点活动。上课不用认真听，考前突击一下就行。”这些从各所高中选拔过来的尖子生，听信了这样的经验，就开始了放松，混日子的大学生涯。等大三时，学长学姐又说：“考研特别难，咱们学校也不行，没几个能考上的。我们都太普通了，别指望着考好学校。”于是，这些学生们也觉得考研很难，大多数人都没给自己设定考上研究生，考个好学校的目标。再加上之前听了前辈的，一二年级的基础课没好好学，此刻面临研究生考试，自己果真觉得难上加难。最后，吊儿郎当的复习之后，果然没考上。心里想，学长说的真对啊，果真很难。有可能学长们也不是真的想欺骗你，他们也是听了上一届学长的经验，大一大二没好好学习，大三大四又认为没几个人考上自己也不行，最后真的没考上。那也是他们的生活经验，只是，那是被错误指导下的生活经验。 请相信，这个社会上，大多数人都不希望别人超过自己。已经被环境催眠的学长学姐，发现自己没有考研的希望，有几个会痛定思痛，鼓励他人有光明的前程？眼睁睁把自己甩在后面？除了少数真正善良有格局的人，大多数没成功的人，往往希望别人也失败。 <section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="106937"><section 今天的世界和人类社会正在巨变，由于城市化的到来，大量城市崛起，大批人进入城市，不再从事农业劳动。再加上互联网的出现，让人们的信息交流发生了前所未有的改变。那句“太阳底下无新事”的名言，在今天的巨变面前，也不一定放之四海而皆准了。 一切都变了，我们处在人类社会绝无仅有的巨变面前。过去的所有观念，习惯，经验，全都需要重新审视一遍。如果说上一代人的生活模式，可以重复前好几代的模式。那么今天，二十年前的方法，都未必适用今天了。 所以，见路不走，在今天这个重要的古今之变的节点，分外重要。看见过去人们踏出来的路，一定要好好辨别，看清如今的现状再走。还是那句话，客观规律不以人的意志为转移，却以外部世界的变化为转移！ 所以，《天幕红尘》，叶子农说：“……啥叫路呢？成功者的经验、方法叫路。路管不管用？管用，不管用早没人走了，它管借鉴、模仿、参照的用。但是我们说它有漏，不究竟。因为成功者的经验是他那个条件的可能，你不可能完全复制他的条件，完全复制了，也就不是你的人生了。见路不走就是提示你，不要拘于经验、教条。要走因果，只有因果是究竟的，是无漏的。
