新时代的割地赔款，屈辱的亚美尼亚！
<p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">2000年前，亚美尼亚曾经是一个横跨欧亚大陆的强大国家，甚至曾经连续打败过罗马帝国。</font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">但自从1299年奥斯曼土耳其帝国崛起后，亚美尼亚渐渐的衰落下去，并最终被土耳其统治。</font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">信奉东正教的亚美尼亚人，在以伊斯兰为国教的土耳其被视为异教徒。</font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">经历600余年的打压，亚美尼亚族已经衰落成了土耳其国内的一个小族。</font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">在第一次世界大战期间，被长期打压的亚美尼亚人看到了机会，试图通过俄国的帮助而独立。</font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">而被俄罗斯打的节节败退的土耳其政府，把怒气全部撒在了亚美尼亚人身上。</font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">1915年4月24日，土耳其在全国捕杀亚美尼亚族的知识精英，随后军队中的亚美尼亚人被逐个甄别、隔离并处决。</font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">1915年5月，土耳其政府决定把全国的亚美尼亚人都驱赶到国内的一片沙漠地带，在这里有专门为亚美尼亚人修建的大量集中营。</font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">同月，土耳其国会通过了一项名为《特西尔法》的法律，允许军队驱逐和抓捕国内所有的亚美尼亚人，并没收他们的全部财产。</font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">然后，亚美尼亚人被无差别的屠杀，而且是虐杀，大量的亚美尼亚少女被剥光衣服钉在了十字架上，让她们慢慢的死去。</font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">这种虐杀手法，在于伊斯兰教徒对于东正教徒的羞辱。</font></p><section style="text-align: center;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;"><font size="3"></font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">在两年的大清洗中，亚美尼亚人总共被屠杀了150万人之多，留在土耳其境内的所有亚美尼亚人，几乎就没有幸存者。<br></font></section><section size="3">但很幸运的是，亚美尼亚这个族群并没有彻底消亡，他们还有一部分人生活在俄国境内，幸运的保留了种族血脉。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">1917年，沙皇俄国解体后，俄国境内的亚美尼亚人独立建国，并顺理成章的加入了苏联。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">经历一个世纪的繁衍，今天的亚美尼亚人，也就300万人左右。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">对比下今天的总人口数量，你就知道当年的150万大屠杀，是一个什么概念了。 </font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"> </section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;text-align: center;"><font size="3"><strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);">谁的纳卡</span></strong><span style="text-align: justify;"> </span></font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"> </section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">俄国解体后，亚美尼亚旁边的阿塞拜疆人也独立建国了，并同样顺理成章的加入了苏联。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">但同时居住有亚美尼亚人和阿塞拜疆人的纳卡地区，双方都认为这应该是自己的领土。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">在苏联的强力压制下，两国暂时搁置争议，共同管理，等于是一人一半给分了。 </font></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;"><font size="3"></font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3"><br></font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">但苏联力量衰退的时候，这个冲突就压不住了。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">1988年2月22日，苏联还活着的时候，纳卡地区的亚美尼亚人和阿塞拜疆人就爆发了严重的流血冲突，并差一点引发了军事冲突。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">随后，亚美尼亚国和阿塞拜疆国互相大规模驱逐对方的族人。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">到1988年11月底，已经有18万亚美尼亚人和20万阿塞拜疆人成为了难民，苏联不断调停都没用。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">1991年苏联解体后，纳卡地区的矛盾再也压制不住了。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">1992年，两国正式爆发战争。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">当时全世界的亚美尼亚人都支持祖国，纷纷从世界各地坐飞机回到亚美尼亚，落地后第一件事就是去附近的军营报道。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">当时亚美尼亚总共300万人，阿塞拜疆总共1000万人。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">但几个月的时间里，亚美尼亚就摧枯拉朽的击败了阿塞拜疆，并实际控制了纳卡地区。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">阿塞拜疆坚决不承认亚美尼亚对纳卡地区的控制，但也无力收回。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">因为阿塞拜疆当时的政治立场偏向于同为伊斯兰教的土耳其，而亚美尼亚则坚定的支持同为东正教的俄罗斯。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">所以在国际调停中，俄罗斯偏向了亚美尼亚，最终决定纳卡地区维持现状，也就是被亚美尼亚实际占领的状态不变。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">随后的30年里，亚美尼亚依靠俄罗斯的撑腰，牢牢的控制住了纳卡地区，直到这个月。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">让所有人没想到的是，亚美尼亚再次失去了纳卡地区，且要给阿塞拜疆一个天价赔偿款。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">割地、赔款，历史书上的事，竟然发生在现代，且就在刚刚。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">亚美尼亚的投降书上，如今墨迹未干。 </font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"> </section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);"><font size="3">亚美尼亚的失败</font></span></strong></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"> </section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">长期以来，美国在高加索地区坚持不懈的进行颜色革命的渗透，扶持亲美团体和亲美思想的支持者。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">2018年，亚美尼亚现任的帕希尼扬当局通过政变上台，推翻国内亲俄势力，开始不断的向美国示好。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">甚至，亚美尼亚还参加了北约的“和平伙伴关系计划”，派兵参加了美国的反恐行动，批准了与欧盟的《全面扩大合作伙伴协议》。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">除此之外，亚美尼亚一度扬言要把境内的俄军全部驱逐出境。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">亚美尼亚就在俄罗斯边上，如此反俄，这让俄罗斯很恼火。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">但美国很高兴。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">为了嘉奖亚美尼亚的捣乱行为，美国在2019年，宣布承认100年前土耳其对亚美尼亚的大屠杀，随后美国对土耳其官员和金融机构进行制裁，并禁止对土耳其出口武器。 </font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">而阿塞拜疆，在俄罗斯的不满中，看到了绝佳的战略机会。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">随后，两国在纳卡地区的冲突频频发生，并不断升级。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">2020年9月，在经历2个多月的剧烈冲突后，亚美尼亚和阿塞拜疆正式互相宣战。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);"><font size="3">这是一场奇特的战争，因为世界五大常任理事国均不插手，任由两国互殴，让我们看到了一出原汁原味的国家战争。</font></span></strong></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">俄罗斯不愿意插手这场冲突，因为亚美尼亚两年来频频反俄，俄罗斯完全没必要给亚美尼亚撑腰。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">甚至就在大战前夕，亚美尼亚政府还在指责俄罗斯<strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);">“干涉”</span></strong>亚美尼亚事务。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">美国也没有插手这场冲突，因为亚美尼亚只是美国随手布下的棋子而已，目的仅是捣个乱，美国犯不着冒着和俄罗斯直接冲突的风险力挺亚美尼亚。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">而且美国的现状，是泥菩萨过江，自身难保。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">英国和法国，对于美俄之间的交锋，没有兴趣。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">而阿塞拜疆和亚美尼亚都是中国一带一路战略的友好国家，中国支援阿塞拜疆医疗队一个月前刚刚回国，而亚美尼亚那里中国也送了一大批医疗物资。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">并且这里是俄罗斯的传统势力范围，中国于情于理都不会插手。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">五大常任理事国都不管，于是亚美尼亚悲剧了。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">亚美尼亚是一个穷国，失业率达到了15%以上，一年GDP才100多亿美元，经济凋敝，总人口也仅有阿塞拜疆的30%，国力和军力都远远不如阿塞拜疆。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">而在这次的冲突中，阿塞拜疆得到了土耳其的军火支持，而俄罗斯则对此默认并袖手旁观。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">激战2个月后，纵然亚美尼亚已经全民皆兵，甚至总理夫人都亲自披挂上阵，但也改变不了彻底战败的现实。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">然后，亚美尼亚在现实面前低头了，被迫在俄罗斯调停下签下了屈辱的停战条约，否则阿塞拜疆将攻入并占领亚美尼亚本土。</font></section><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);"><font size="3">弱国无外交，没有大国撑腰的弱国更是无外交。</font></span></strong></p><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">停火条件，是亚美尼亚将纳卡的绝大多数地区交给阿塞拜疆，然后还要赔偿500亿美元！</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">500亿美元是一个什么概念?</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">对于只有300万人口的亚美尼亚来说，这等同于人均赔款1.6万美元。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">这500亿美元的赔款，可以确保未来几十年亚美尼亚将一直保持贫穷，且没有钱重建国防力量。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);"><font size="3">割地，赔款！我曾经这些东西只会出现在历史书上。</font></span></strong></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">没想到一两百年前清朝的那一套，如今重现在了亚美尼亚身上。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">所有的割地，从11月15日开始移交。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">为防止阿塞拜疆人的报复和欺凌，纳卡地区的亚美尼亚人含泪烧毁自己的家园，背井离乡。</font></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;"><font size="3"></font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">很多人临走前，恋恋不舍的试图用瓶子带走一点故土，试图给自己留下一点念想。 </font></section><p style="text-align: center;"><font size="3"></font></p><p style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">俗话说的好，<strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);">宁抿一口家乡土，不贪他国万两金。</span></strong></font></p><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">但丧权辱国之后，这些亚美尼亚人只能毫无尊严的离开了纳卡。<br></font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">多年前，中国有一句话很流行，说是<strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);">宁要小民尊严，不要大国崛起。</span></strong></font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);"><font size="3">但事实证明，只有大国崛起，才能保护小民的尊严。</font></span></strong></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">华人与狗不得入内的牌子，是在什么背景下挂上去的，这才一百年不到，难道大家都忘了？</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">弱肉强食，是国与国之间永恒不变的真理，现在很多小国之所以可以偏安一隅，完全是因为五大强国互相制衡，互相妥协出来的结果。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">一旦五大强国都不插手，国家之间弱肉强食的本性立刻就暴露了出来。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">小国如果抱对了大腿，还能顺利生存下去，但大国怎么办？</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">像中国这样的大国，是没有大腿可以抱的。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">一旦衰落，下场会比小国更惨。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">世界没有什么岁月静好，割地赔款这种事，以前有，100年后的今天，也会有。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">亚美尼亚在过去30年里，国力逐渐衰弱，还在美国的引诱下犯了战略性错误，最终遭到了一场浩劫，和百年前的中国一样的浩劫。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">国与国之间没有什么公平正义，从来都是实力的较量！</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><font size="3">但幸运的是，在过去30年里中国的实力一直在增长。而且，在目前可以预期的未来内，还会显而易见的一直增长。</font></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);"><font size="3">中国永远都不会再割地赔款了，永远不会。</font></span></strong></section><section style="margin: 25px 8px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(123, 12, 0);"><font
